Action on a draft issued by defendant; verdict for defendant; and judgment entered for plaintiff notwithstanding the verdict. Defendant appealed.

The draft was issued to the Parvin-Scharer Company of Kansas City, Missouri, and was transferred by that company to plaintiff, its president and principal stockholder. For brevity we shall use the term plaintiff whether referring to plaintiff or his company, as plaintiff conducted the transaction on behalf of the company and now stands in the shoes of the company.
