A demurrer was filed, which after a hearing was sustained and a decree entered dismissing the bill. The cause has been brought here by writ of error.

The original bill, upon which was founded the decree which this bill seeks to review, was filed in the circuit court by defendant in error, Lida Corbly, and was dismissed by the trial court for want of equity. The decree on the original bill having come to this court on writ of error it was reversed and the cause remanded, with directions to enter a decree in favor of Lida Corbly. (Corbly v.
