INTRODUCTION

This action is brought under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying Plaintiffs application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act (Act), and denying Supplemental Security Income benefits under Title XVI of the Act.
