Before the Court is Defendant Northwest Airlines’ Motion to Compel Plaintiff to Execute Authorizations [Doc. # 144]. For the reasons discussed below, the motion is DENIED.
This is a slip-and-fall case in which the Plaintiff claims back and other injuries related to a December 29, 2005 accident at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Plaintiff alleges that as a result of her injuries, she is impaired in her ability to work and to enjoy life.
