MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD D. BENNETT, District Judge.
This action arises out of a five-count Complaint filed by Plaintiff Mark Kuch-mas against Defendants Towson University, Collegiate Housing Foundation, Capstone Development Corporation, Capstone Properties Corporation, and Capstone On-Campus Management, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”). 1 Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants violated the Fair Housing Act, as amended by the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601, et seq.
