David Yingling appeals from the trial court’s order denying his Motion to Return Funds. Police stopped a sport utility vehicle (S.U.V.) owned by Yingling and driven by James Tosh Keele, who was accompanied by an unnamed passenger. The vehicle was searched and $5,900 was found on *535Keele and $22,020 was found in a rear panel of the S.U.V. Police seized the money, but released the S.U.V. to Keele, apparently without issuing a ticket or making an arrest.
