This is an appeal from a decree of the co'unty court of Pike county, entered in pursuance of the petition of the appellee, E. S. Hoyt, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of James M. Cree, deceased, to sell real estate to pay debts, setting aside a deed from said James M. Cree to the appellant, Mary A. Northup, and directing the appellee to proceed to sell the real estate described in the deed.

James M. Cree, of Griggsville, in Pike county, died on December 26, 1910, leaving a last will and testament. The executors named in the will refused to act and the court appointed the…
