Rebecca A. Tuten appeals a final order dismissing with prejudice her negligence action against appellees, Alexander Fari-borzian, M.D., and Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., a psychiatric facility. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
Rebecca Tuten’s husband, James, began receiving outpatient care at Meridian in September 2007 for depression and suicidal ideations.
