DECISION AND ORDER

ADELMAN, District Judge.

On March 31, 1997, plaintiffs filed this lawsuit against Edward Reiser and Gerald, Inc; Plaintiffs asserted that Reiser conspired with Michael Sehwarzmann, a relative of the individual plaintiffs, to defraud plaintiffs of substantial money. In their Amended Complaint, plaintiffs alleged that Reiser (1) violated the Wisconsin Organized Crime Control Act (“WOCCA”), Wis.
