Plaintiff Raul Edward Revis alleges racial discrimination in his employment with the United States Air Force at McClellan Air Force Base, California. The complaint arises from plaintiff’s employment on February 11, 1966, as a Mobile Equipment Repairer, W-9, at the Air Force Base.
