MEMORANDUM OPINION

JERRY W. VENTERS, Chief Judge.

Farmland Industries, Inc., (“Debtor”), and the Official Committee of Bondholders filed a joint motion for summary judgment seeking to disallow PJ Services LLC’s (“PJ Services”) January 7, 2003 proof of claim in the amount of $7,250,00o. 1 PJ Services asserted that the amount owed to it arose out of the Debtor’s breach of an alleged contract to provide employment services.
