This is a bill in chancery by Arthur J. Lussey, appellant, a resident and taxpayer of the city of Columbus, against the city of Columbus, appellee, setting up that a certain contract which the appellee claimed to have made with the American La .France Fire Engine Company on the 2d day of April, 1919, was void for certain reasons set out in the bill, and praying that an injunction issue, restraining the appellee from carrying out such contract.
