On February 14, 1931, appellant filed this action in the Leslie circuit, court against Olen Collins and W. C. Collett for the purpose of obtaining -a judgment to quiet its title to a tract of land of 50 acres situated in Leslie county, Ky. In a short time thereafter, Olen Collins, died.
