This matter is before the Court on the. Partial- Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Curo Health Services, LLC and SouthernCare Hospice, Inc. (ECF 38).1 The motion challenges portions of the Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint (ECF 25). Plaintiffs Robin and Gary Reiber filed a response in opposition to the motion (ECF 41) and Defendants filed a reply (ECF 44). For the reasons discussed below, the motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
