Walter L. Moyer presented his petition to the Public Service Commission for the allowance of a certificate of public convenience for the running of one twenty-passenger auto-bus and an additional twenty-six-passenger auto-bus. The application was opposed by the Pottsville Union Traction Company on the ground that its approval was not necessary or proper for the service, accommodation, convenience or safety of the public.
