Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Hummel, J.), entered July 10, 2006 in Columbia County, upon a decision of the court in favor of defendants.
Plaintiff operates automobile junkyards on several lots in the Town of Claverack, Columbia County, located at sites on Gahbauer Road (lots 13 and 16) and at a site on the south side of Route 217 (lots 60, 61 and 62).
