This is an appeal by one of the five plaintiffs from a decree of the circuit court which dismisses their complaint. The purpose of the suit was to enjoin the defendants, one being School District No. 48 of Clackamas County, another being the clerk of that school district, and the remaining three constituting the district’s board of directors, from purchasing a schoolhouse site, from erecting a building thereon and from issuing the district’s bonds and warrants in order to finance, in part at least, the first two purposes.
