This is an action brought by John H. Gaeth and Dennis D. Gaeth, as plaintiffs, against Marjorie Gaeth Newman, defendant, praying that a certain deed from Lydia Gaeth to the defendant, covering the west half of the southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 16, Range 8, Saunders County, Nebraska, be invalidated and set aside. There was no contention made that the grantor was mentally incompetent to make a valid conveyance, but it is claimed that the defendant obtained the deed because of undue influence.
