Drager, J.), entered on or about November 8, 2013, which, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, granted plaintiff wife’s motion for confirmation of the referee’s report, dated April 11, 2013, to the extent it denied defendant husband’s motion for a downward modification of his maintenance obligations, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
