Various applications- for allowances, made by attorneys who claim they have rendered valuable services in connection with the successful reorganization of series F-l of the New York Title and Mortgage Company, have been consolidated into one proceeding. The applications are made pursuant to subdivision v of article VIII of the Declaration of Trust, which constitutes part of the plan of reorganization finally adopted by the certificate holders.
