The appellee, James Matthew English, at the time of the institution of the proceedings in this,case, was the owner of a trailer worth about 8600, consisting of living and sleeping quarters and a kitchenette, from which the wheels had been removed and which was resting on wooden blocks at Heintzeman’s Trailer Grove in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
