On May 13, 1946, Howard Blum, guardian ad litem of plaintiff, Dorothy E. Russell, filed an amended complaint seeking separate maintenance for plaintiff. After answer filed by defendant the cause came on to be heard, by the chancellor on June 26, 1946, evidence was introduced by plaintiff in support of the amended complaint, and on June 28,1946, the chancellor entered a decree which adjudged, inter alia, that plaintiff was entitled to a decree for separate maintenance.
