Plaintiff Renata Magnoni (“Magnoni”) brought this action against defendants Smith & Laquercia, LLP (“Smith & Laquercia”) and Thomas Laquercia (“Laquercia”) (collectively, “Defendants”) asserting three claims related to her employment at Smith & Laquercia: (1) a claim for unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq.
