The prosecutrix, 12 years of age on the date of the alleged offense, testified that on the night in question the appellant and his four companions, Frank Perez, Daniel Rameriz, Florencio Garcia, and Johnny Hernandez, came to her home in the appellant’s automobile; that Perez came to the door and after engaging her in a conversation she went out to the automobile and got in upon her belief that they were going to an apartment where her boy friend was represented to be; that they then drove to a vacant apartment, and after…
