TITUS, Chief Judge.
Movant was found guilty by a jury of burglary first degree and stealing in connection therewith. The judgment was affirmed on appeal. State v. Hendrix, 454 S.W.2d 40 (Mo.1970). He now appeals from denial, after evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. motion to vacate and set aside the judgment and in his brief asserts: “I.
