This suit was filed in the District Court, March 11, 1897, and there was personal citation upon the two defendants upon the same day. The purpose, as stated in the petition, is to interrupt prescription upon, and to revive and make executory, as against the defendants, a judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of Oopiali County, Miss., March 13th, 1890, in favor of the plaintiffs and against Eldridge & Morris and Eldridge, Morris & Co., and W.
