Appellant Eddie Frazer was found guilty by a jury in tbe Circuit Court of Scott County, Missouri, on a charge based on Section 563.160, ESMo 1949, which relates to the molestation of a minor. The jury assessed a punishment of three years’ imprisonment in the State Penitentiary. Prom the judgment entered, the defendant appealed.
