The plaintiff s-appellants, Robert Boggild and William Dale (plaintiffs), appealed from the order of the district court in this contract action against the defendant-ap-pellee, Kenner Products (defendant or Ken-ner). On March 24, 1983, the plaintiffs filed an action in the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant had breached the terms of a licensing agreement between themselves and Kenner.
