Secs. 241.13 and 241.15, Stats., prescribe the procedure to subject property covered by á chattel mortgage to the mortgage debt without the consent of the mortgagor. The former provides that notice of the sale must be given to the owner of the equity of redemption. The latter provides for the filing within a specified time after the sale with the register of deeds of an affidavit reporting the sale and containing specified facts relating thereto.
