Multiple petitioners seek review of orders of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC” or “the Commission”) affecting the administration of the Independent System Operator-New England (“ISO-NE”) and specifically directed to curtailment of the exercise of market power in the New England energy market.
