DUPLANTIER, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Taylor, Brockhoeft, Ruiz and Sepeich are railway workers employed by defendant Missouri Pacific Railroad Company (“MOPAC”). Plaintiff Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers (“BLE”), of which the individual plaintiffs are members, is the collective bargaining representative pursuant to the Railway Labor Act (“RLA” or “Act”), 45 U.S.C. §§ 151-163 (1972), for the craft of locomotive engineers employed by MOPAC.
