MEMORANDUM OPINION

JORDAN, District Judge.

This case is before the court as an appeal by the plaintiffs from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. The plaintiffs contend that the Bankruptcy Court erred in ruling that the plaintiffs’ complaint must be dismissed for failure to properly serve process.
