The matter before the court arises out of the Complaint Objecting to the Discharge of Debt Owed to A & H Caring Connections, Inc. [Adv. Dkt. No. 1] (the “Complaint”), filed by Hassan A. Muhammad (the “Plaintiff”) in the above-captioned adversary proceeding (the “Adversary”), seeking a determination of dis-chargeability of debt under section 523(a) of the Bankruptcy Code (as defined below) against the debtor, Byron F.
