This is a bill in equity to require the respondent Arnold, individually and as executor of the will of Caroline Eddy Savage, deceased, to account for, and to turn over to the complainant, as executor and trustee under the will of Dr. C. Grant Savage, deceased, certain real and personal property; and also for an injunction and other relief.
