This bill in equity was brought by the executrix of the will of Victor H. Elder to obtain instructions relative to the construction and disposition of certain legacies and devises thereunder. The principal respondents are Robert L. Elder and Rosella A. Elder, who are respectively the son and the widow of the testator. All necessary parties were represented, and guardians ad litem for minors and unascertained persons having an interest were appointed and filed appropriate answers.
