This matter came before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiff, Commonwealth of Virginia ex rel. Virginia State Bar (“VSB”), against Rickey Gene Young pro se (“Debtor”), the Debtor’s Answer and the Debtor’s Amended Answer. The matter was initially scheduled for hearing on July 12, 2017, but was continued to August 23, 2017 with consent of the parties for the Court to provide the Debtor with a Notice pursuant to Roseboro v.
