CAMERON, Circuit Judge.

This action involves two National Service Life Insurance Policies, each in the face amount of $5,000.00, issued to the deceased husband of the appellant, Mrs. Klish. She filed a claim with the Veterans’ Administration after her husband’s death, and payment was refused on the ground that the policies had lapsed two years before for nonpayment of premiums.
