On February 19, 1918, a petition was filed by the above-named Anthony Pessagno asking that the court issue its writ of certiorari directed to the Board of Liquor License Commissioners and commanding it to transmit to the court all the papers and proceedings in said petition set out and stated, in order that the regularity of the proceedings of said board in the said proceedings might be inquired into; and that such other and further relief might be had for the petitioner as his case might require.
