In 1885 one Catherine Schulver owned the north forty feet of lot 5 of block 26 of the city of Racine, and her two children, Albert and Annie Iluse, owned the south twenty feet of said lot. Mrs. Schulver was either building or contemplating the erection of a building on the portion of the lot owned by her.
