Ross Jewelers, the appellee, was engaged in the retail jewelry business at 12 N. Joachim Street in Mobile, Alabama. All of its capital stock was owned hy Myron Ross Rubey, its president, and his wife. They also owned all of the ■capital stock of five other jewelry stores in other Alabama locations. Each store was owned by a separate corporation. 'Transfers of merchandise from store to store was a common practice.
