Appeal from Twelfth Judicial District Court, Parish of De Soto; John H. Boone, Judge. Cordell Horton was convicted of manslaughter, and he appeals.

The defendant was indicted for murder and convicted of manslaughter. He complains solely of certain remarks made by the district attorney in his closing argument, fully set forth in the following bill of exceptions:
“Be it remembered; That on the trial of this case, and while the district 1 attorney was presenting his argument to the court, he used the following language to the jury : ‘Gentlemen, in conclusion I can only say in the language of the ignorant negro witness, who said, “If one eon shoot down a man lilce that for nothing and get out, then let us all do it and MU us one." ’
