Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Barry Salman, J.), entered June 14, 1991, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion and defendant AN Leasing Corporation’s (AN Leasing) cross-motion for summary judgment, on the issue of ownership of a certain vehicle by defendant Citibank, North America (Citibank), and which denied Citibank’s cross-motion for summary judgment on this issue, unanimously modified, on the law, to deny the plaintiff’s motion and AN Leasing’s cross-motion for summary judgment, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings, without costs.
