Claimant commenced this negligence action to recover for injuries sustained when she fell while exiting a building owned by defendant State University of New York at Potsdam (hereinafter SUNY) where she was employed as the manager of a commissary operated by Potsdam Auxiliary and College Educational Services, Inc.
