*511 Defendants, Carl J. Trupp III and Jennifer M. Trupp, appeal by leave granted the circuit court's May 26, 2016 order affirming the district court's January 22, 2016 order denying their motion for offer-of-judgment sanctions against plaintiff, Simcor Construction, Inc. We reverse and remand.
I. BACKGROUND
