(“Juicy Whip”) appeals from a final judgment of invalidity and unenforceability of its U.S. Patent No. 5,575,405 (“the '405 patent”), entered by the United States District Court for the Central District of California on January 18, 2001, in favor of the defendants (collectively, “Orange Bang”).
