Appellant James R. Bill Fisher, as well as his business, Appellant Odyssey Residential Holdings, L.P., (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “Fisher”), appeals the district court’s denial of his request for an award of restitution as a purported victim of Defendant Ronald Slovacek’s criminal bribery offense.
