Appellant, City of Hope (the Church) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County (trial court), which affirmed a decision of the Sadsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) that, inter alia, determined that a campground and hiking trails were not an accessory use to a church/worship center.
