This is a suit by the Sullivan Timber Company, a corporation, against the Louisville & *391Nashville Bailroad Company, to recover damages for the negligent burning and destruction by the Bailroad Company of the plaintiff’s property. The complaint as originally filed contained five counts, to which were subsequently added by way of améndment three other counts, making in all eight counts.
