This suit was instituted by complainant to obtain a decree that certain shares of stock, money and personal property are the property of defendant Max Goodman and were caused by him, while insolvent, to be placed in the names of and continued to be held by defendants Anna Goodman, Richard Goodman and Marguerite Ryan, or one of them, fraudulently and for the purpose of defeating the collection of a judgment recovered by Samuel Greenberg against said Max Goodman, which judgment complainant holds by assignment.
