Affirming.

Wallace Combs was a bookkeeper and cashier of the Perkins-Bowling Coal Corporation. The Maryland Casualty Company executed to the Perkins-Bowling Coal Corporation a bond in the sum of $5,000, conditioned that it would pay any loss the Perkins-Bowling Coal Corporation might sustain because of any act or acts of fraud, dishonesty, forgery, embezzlement, or willful misapplication of its funds by Combs while in the performance of his duties as bookkeeper and cashier.
